Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and genuine team player to join our Mount Isa branch team as a Personal Banking Consultant. The role involves providing exceptional service to members, promoting products, and maintaining accurate records. This is a full-time permanent position with a 38-hour workweek.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar customer service position
- Demonstrated sales experience
- Cash handling experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
- Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
