Queensland Rail is seeking an Integrated Possessions Coordinator to join the team on a temporary 2-year basis. The role will involve managing authorizations, coordinating contractor access, and developing work schedules to ensure safe and efficient delivery of operations.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of trackside safety standards as they relate to third-party stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge of Queensland Rail's SEQ network, practices, policies, standards, and procedures
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work across multiple outstanding items and new enquiries
- Highly organized approach to delivering outcomes and striving to meet constantly changing timeframes/deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive solution-focused outcomes for all parties
