Technical Director

Shape the future of rail in Queensland by providing technical oversight, integration leadership, and strategic engineering governance across major multi-disciplinary programs.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical oversight on major rail or infrastructure programs >$500m, including system integration and commissioning.
• Deep engineering, multi-project management, technical integration and configuration management expertise.
• Strong capability in technical risk management and operational readiness across complex programs.
• Well established stakeholder engagement skills, built through sustained collaboration with executive leaders, government stakeholders and key delivery partners.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, advising, challenging and supporting technical stakeholders across multiple disciplines.
• Proven experience managing and developing technical professionals in a supervisory and/or people leadership capacity.
