Job Description
Build software products that improve healthcare access as a Senior Software Architect, designing scalable solutions, mentoring engineers, and guiding architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Partner with others in the design and architecture of our platforms
- Work to overcome the biggest technology challenges we and our customers face
- Develop and implement processes to enable engineering teams to receive efficient and effective architectural guidance
- Enable engineering teams through mentoring and documenting architectural patterns and best practices
- Actively participate in architectural reviews across teams and departments
- Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to address challenges and advance our platform
- Assist with long-term planning and innovation, focused on business needs and growth
- Participate in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required
- Adhere to the Quest Analytics Values and support a positive company culture
- Respond to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
