Job Description
The Event Installer is a customer service position that involves loading and unloading gear, setting and striking drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues. The role requires strong leadership skills, customer focus, and a strong work ethic. Workload varies from 0-40+ hours per week based on volume and availability.
Requirements
- Prior customer service-related job experience preferred but not required
- Ability to execute consecutive events while handling associated stresses and challenges
- Can positively interact with team members and customers on a daily basis and be open to constructive criticism
- Can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
- Must maintain a professional appearance, have reliable transportation, and be punctual
