Job Description
This Event Installer/Driver position is responsible for safely operating box trucks and vans, loading/unloading gear to event venues, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves both operational duties (driving, loading, unloading) and customer interaction. A strong work ethic, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities are expected.
Requirements
- Prior customer service-related job experience preferred.
- Understanding of hotel/convention docks.
- Ability to execute consecutive events.
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Possess a professional appearance.
- Able to handle team dynamics and customer service issues.
