We are seeking a Conference Producer to join the Fierce Life Sciences & Healthcare Events Team at Questex. The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of business experience conducting market research and developing engaging content for life sciences or healthcare-focused audiences, or a scientific background in a marketing or client-facing role. The Conference Producer will support Questex's success by conducting market research, cultivating relationships with industry experts, and developing marketing strategy and messaging.
Requirements
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trending topics and timely subjects for conference agendas
- Cultivate strong relationships with subject matter experts and recruit key industry leaders to become speakers and advisory board members
- Work with speakers to develop content and oversee all aspects of a program throughout its entire life cycle
- Help inform marketing strategy and develop messaging and marketing materials for websites, emails, and social media
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential event sponsors and develop key messaging for clients
- Work with clients/internal colleagues to develop and create advertorial content for webinars, podcasts, white papers, and other products
- Travel to conferences to manage and provide onsite support in a professional, customer-service-oriented manner
