Delivery Lead

The Delivery Lead will lead the project team to deliver projects effectively, collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and requirements. The role involves project planning, team leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement, resource management, quality assurance, change management, performance monitoring, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration) or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of waterfall, agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other related practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and agile collaboration tools.
• Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), or similar are a plus.
