Provide Level 1 operational support for DevOps platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and application deployment environments. Monitor build pipelines, deployment jobs, and automation workflows to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems and command-line operations.
- Understanding of container technologies such as Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts.
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or similar.
- Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
- Understanding of incident management and escalation processes aligned with ITIL practices.
- Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and DevOps runbooks.
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift-based support environment.
- Strong interest in learning automation, scripting, and cloud technologies.
