Job Description
Provide Level 1 operational support for enterprise IT infrastructure, perform 24/7 monitoring, and troubleshoot infrastructure-related incidents.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure environments
- Familiarity with Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems
- Experience or familiarity with enterprise monitoring tools
- Exposure to IT Service Management (ITSM) tools
- Understanding of incident management, problem management, and change management processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
