Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain secure RESTful APIs using Node.js. Implement and manage API definitions, products, and policies in IBM API Connect. Develop and optimize database queries and schema structures in MySQL. Support deployment and monitoring of API services in AWS environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in Software Development
- Proficient in Node.js and Express framework for building RESTful APIs
- Knowledgeable with IBM API Connect or any API Management Platform
- Strong experience with MySQL or other relational databases
- Familiar with AWS services relevant to API deployment
- Knowledge of API security standards such as OAuth, JWT, API keys, and rate limiting
- Experience using Git repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies
