Requirements

• 3+ years of experience delivering data-led projects, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or technology sectors
• Proven ability to document processes, requirements, and data flows clearly and concisely
• Strong written and verbal communication, tailored to both technical and business audiences
• Experience turning ambiguous business problems into structured requirements and actionable options
• Ability to map end-to-end processes across functions, identifying integration points and pain areas
• A first-class or high 2.1 bachelor’s degree, master’s, or PhD in any discipline (STEM preferable)
