As a Security Supervisor, you’ll lead and inspire a team to create and maintain safety and security for all guests and team members while delivering unparalleled hospitality services in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
- Manage daily operations at the property, ensuring safety and security of all guests, team members and assets
- Create and distribute work schedules
- Review, correct and approve direct reports’ payroll
- Ensure security officers are patrolling assigned areas frequently, remaining alert and present at designated posts
- Create or modify standard operating procedures or policies when necessary
- Meet with direct reports regularly to provide feedback, development plans, praise, coaching, corrective action and bi-annual performance reviews of direct reports
- Collaborate on ways to improve preventive and responsive security measures
- Deescalate any conflicts to ensure safety and comfort of all team members and guests
- Investigate loss claims, conduct special investigations and surveillance for property operators when requested
- Generate, review, store and maintain records and reports of all incidents
- Perform security officer responsibilities in times of staff shortage
- Perform and enforce directives set forth by the security manager
- Create 100% guest satisfaction by demonstrating high standards of guest service and hospitality
