Medical VA (Virtual Nurse US RN Needed)

We are seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to healthcare professionals in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Registered Nurse, proficiency in EMR systems, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (US RN/NCLEX) California Licensed
• Previous experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
• Proficient in using EMR systems, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex medical concepts to patients in a clear and concise manner
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data entry
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team
