Head of B2B Fulfillment Operations

Quince is a tech company disrupting the retail industry. We are looking for a hands-on, strategic operator to build, scale, and relentlessly optimize our B2B fulfillment and decoration operations from the ground up.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling B2B warehouse and fulfillment operations
• Experience managing an operations and personnel budget and negotiating with vendors
• Experience overseeing multiple sites, including smaller facilities (10K–50K sq ft) that are scaling rapidly
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations at all levels, from associate workflows to systems (WMS/OMS)
• Strong systems thinker who is confident partnering with Engineering on operational and technical requirements
• Experience with value-added services (e.g., decoration, kitting, customization) is a strong plus
• Hands-on, detail-oriented operator with the ability to zoom out and design scalable processes
