Job Description
Bigblue is a fast-growing e-commerce logistics company that is looking for a Head of Fulfillment to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of their European warehouse network. The successful candidate will oversee the performance of 3PL partners and warehouse operations, drive cost optimization, and champion innovation across the warehouse operations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in e-commerce fulfillment or logistics
- Proven track record managing 3PL partners and warehouse operations
- Experience managing large, distributed teams
- Strong data-driven mindset
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- Experience with automation, robotics, or process innovation in warehousing is a strong plus
