Operations Manager

Bigblue is a fast-growing e-commerce logistics company looking for an Operations Manager to build a dedicated Operations Management function focused on empowering merchant-facing Success organization. The role will involve architecting systems, processes, and enablement programs to transform how merchant teams operate and partner with the rest of Bigblue. The Operations Manager will be responsible for defining the global strategy for merchant team enablement, operational excellence, knowledge systems, and product GTM for merchant teams, as well as learning and capability development.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Consulting, Operations, or Chief of Staff roles
• Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or product-led environments
• Exposure to enablement, process design, or knowledge systems is a plus
• Ideally: experience supporting Success, Support, or Professional Services teams
