Logistics Manager, Canada

Quince is seeking a Logistics Manager to join its growing team in Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics, supply chain operations, and fulfillment within an ecommerce environment. They will own operational execution across order management, Canadian warehouse fulfillment, middle-mile transportation, final-mile delivery performance, and reverse logistics.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, fulfillment, within an Ecommerce environment.
• Experience working with 3PL warehouse partners and overseeing daily warehouse operations, must include Returns management.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce order management workflows, including fulfillment, dispatch, transit, and delivery milestones.
• Experience managing carrier networks and transportation operations, including parcel, trucking, or air freight.
• Ability to work on-site at the Canadian warehouse (GTA) 1–2 days per week to support operational oversight and collaboration with the 3PL partner.
