Sourcing Director - Kidswear and Babywear

Requirements

• Develop and implement the end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for the Kidswear and Babywear categories, including a multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience.
• Onboard new manufacturing partners to the Quince direct-to-consumer (D2C) model and provide coaching on operating within a rapid replenishment, M2C (Manufacturer-to-Consumer) environment.
• Educate partners on the Quince Operating System (OS), covering: Operational Excellence, Financial Model, and Technical Integration.
