Job Description
Quintech Electronics & Communications, Inc. is seeking a Bookkeeper to prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and work with a team on collections and payables. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business/accounting and/or one year of work experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business/accounting or related field and/or a minimum of one year of work related experience
- Prior accounting experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to read, interpret and carry out both written and oral instructions
- Attention to detail with strong organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of typical business operations and working use of a variety of office equipment and software applications
- Ability to understand departmental operations and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to report to work as scheduled and on time
