Customer Service Representative

Quipt Home Medical is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide equipment and services to patients, caregivers, and commercial accounts. This role involves interacting with customers, resolving complaints, handling orders, and ensuring accurate billing processes, with a focus on patient comfort and efficient service. The position requires a strong understanding of company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) etc.
• Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone line)
• Neat personal appearance with pleasing manner and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
• Continuing Education
