Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative position at Quipt Home Medical, providing equipment and services to patients, caregivers, and commercial accounts, handling orders, complaints, and customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Proficient general office skills (typing, computer, fax, filing, multiple phone line)
• Medicare/Medicaid and insurance billing, bookkeeping or medical office experience preferred
