Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, you are a direct point of contact for patients, caregivers, referral sources, and commercial accounts to provide equipment and/or services. You will interact with customers to provide information, handle complaints, and resolve issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a Clerical or Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficient general office skills
- Neat personal appearance and pleasing manner
