Job Description
As a Senior QA Engineer, you will own end-to-end test strategy and automation for applications supporting cable TV, voice, and broadband internet services. You will work across telecom middleware layers and operational systems, ensuring that complex, high-availability systems meet rigorous quality standards before reaching production.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain scalable E2E test suites using Playwright
- Develop and execute test strategies for telecom service applications
- Test telecom middleware integrations
- Validate end-to-end service workflows
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with OSS architects and developers
- Mentor junior QA engineers
- Triage failures and isolate root causes
- Contribute to pre-sales and solutioning
