- Clear understanding and up-to-the-moment knowledge on viral trends and cultural moments
- Exceptional creative storytelling abilities
- Ability to analyze and articulate why content goes viral and drives results for a brand
- Proven track record of creating engaging short-form content
- Self-starter; ability to unblock yourself; growth mindset
- Proactive in nature; bias toward action over deliberation
- Experience partnering with Press Relations or other cross-functional groups for earned media opportunities stemming from viral social content
