Job Description
The Director of Quality Management is responsible for planning, administration and monitoring of consistent readiness of all quality management, regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes.
Requirements
- RN license required
- Bachelor's degree required, Masters Degree in Nursing preferred
- Process improvement training preferred
- Current BLS
- Minimum of three years in an acute care facility
- Minimum of two years experience in Quality Management preferred
- Ability to facilitate teams, work with individuals having diverse needs/interests
- Ability to effectively manage multiple work demands in fast paced environment
- Ability to delegate appropriately
- Ability to research and obtain needed information on broad range of topics
