Job Description
The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for the direct supervision of the Plant Operations and Grounds departments at Barstow Community Hospital. This role involves managing cost and quality of maintenance services, budgets, and performance improvement programs. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's Degree and 5-7 years of direct supervision experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years direct supervision of Environmental Services, Maintenance and/or Biomed Departments
- Minimum of two years plus years of multi-department management experience
- Certification in healthcare safety and hazmat preferred
