Job Description
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading a manufacturing department to meet safety, quality, delivery, and budgetary goals. The role requires a quality-oriented individual with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Associates degree in a technical field preferred
- Minimum five years of experience in rubber and/or composites manufacturing preferred
- 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- 2 years of experience in a military subcontracting environment preferred
- Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
