Senior Product Designer position at R/GA in Buenos Aires. Design and architect digital platforms, prioritize storytelling, and ensure seamless transitions from concept to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional designs and consistently exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- 5+ years in a high-tier creative agency or product environment
- Expert-level mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Fluency in emerging generative tools (e.g. Gemini, Flow, AI Studio, Runway, v0, Claude Code, etc.)
- Robust understanding of front-end programming (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks (React, Tailwind, CSS variables)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Full proficiency in English, both written and verbal
