RLR Sales Mill Operator

The Pellet Mill Operator will run the pellet mill, bagging machine, and shrink wrap equipment, and maintain and clean the equipment as needed. The successful candidate must possess a good work ethic, maintain a good attendance record, and work well with others as part of a team.

Requirements

• Machine operating experience
• Computer experience
• Previous forklift experience
• Ability to read and count
• Ability to communicate with the manufacturer of the equipment
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs
• Ability to stand on concrete for extended periods of time
• Able to read a micrometer
• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy
• Proactive, self-motivated, and strong ability to multitask
