Requirements
- Assist Regional Sales Director in creating and driving a business plan strategy that successfully meets sales goals
- Hire, lead, mentor, and coach a team of Account Executives to meet their sales goals
- Generate new business and meet revenue goals while improving gross margins and profitability
- Hold team members accountable to lead and lag measure goals, including but not limited to number of customer conversations, loads secured, margin per shipment, overall gross profitability and overall customer satisfaction
- Make sound decisions in regards to the team budget, expenses, costs, and overall profitability
