Production Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a self-driven Production Analyst to perform a variety of programmatic, integration, and engineering adjacent tasks, while creating connection and synergy between more senior personnel and junior members of the Production team. The role will support program/project areas, coordinate with teams, and develop automation tools.

What You Will Do

Develop and implement automation tools, identify ship production trends, provide forecasts, and prepare program/project briefings. Perform operational, administrative, and executive functions, and create queries and produce custom reports from databases.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, and be able to work independently and alongside others in a team setting. Experience working with or for US Navy / Shipyard or NAVSEA is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus at least 5 years of relevant work experience
• High School diploma with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience
• US Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one
• Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Excel, Access, Project, and Visual Basic Applications
