We're looking for a Senior Creative Team member to lead ideation, create bold and original work, and collaborate with junior teams. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of agency experience, a strong portfolio, and experience with 360 thinking and AI tools. - 5+ years of agency experience
- Ability to interpret briefs independently and lead ideation with confidence
- Strong time management skills
- Comfortable receiving feedback and using it to make the work better
