• Proven ability to spot cultural opportunities early and turn them into clear strategic platforms, campaigns, or activations.
• Deep understanding of how culture, talent, and social ecosystems influence brand relevance today.
• Strong strategic judgment, the ability to simplify complexity and focus teams on what truly matters.
• Experience guiding creative teams, with a track record of helping great ideas become effective work.
• Commercial fluency: understands how brands grow and how strategy connects to business performance.
• Confident communicator who can articulate ideas clearly to both creative teams and senior clients
