The company is looking for an Associate Director to drive company values and vision, meet performance metrics, build talent, and drive continuous improvement in the Medical Coding (Acute) department.
Requirements
- AHIMA or AAPC certification
- Strong domain expertise in Medical Coding
- Ability to manage a span of ~600 associates
- Ability to manage multiple service lines under Outpatient Coding
- Experience in cost management (P&L)
- Client relationship management
- Ability to work in an evolving healthcare setting
