Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative / Patient Registration, you'll work in a fast-paced environment to help patients check into the Emergency Department at Ascension Dell Children's Hospital. You'll build trust with patients and families by collecting information accurately and quickly, while also listening with compassion to address their fears, concerns, and questions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent customer service experience
- General computer skills
