QC Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized QC Associate to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate has mid-process jewelry manufacturing quality control experience and a keen eye for detail. In this role, they will be responsible for ensuring that all jewelry products meet our quality standards and specifications.

Requirements

• Understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• GED or equivalent high school diploma.
• Previous experience in Quality Control, particularly in a Jewelry Manufacturing company required.
• Familiarity with the jewelry manufacturing process, including materials, gemstones, settings, and finishing techniques, preferred.
• Ability to use a variety of tools and instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, gemstone gauges, and magnification devices, to perform precise measurements and inspections.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to propose improvement processes and strategies.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams within production.
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Computer fluency including Microsoft office products.
