Job Description
R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate and behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events in Fairbanks and surrounding areas. R3c offers flexible schedules, personalized support, and a simple reporting system.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Alaska (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willingness to complete R3C's training or proof of approved CIR training
- Completion of DEM (Crisis Response) training or approved CIR training
