Job Description
R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate behavioral health professionals to provide on-site crisis support to organizations and employees affected by disruptive workplace events. The role involves comprehensive training, flexible scheduling, and a simple reporting system. Supplemental income is also offered.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training
