Job Description
R3 Continuum is seeking compassionate and licensed behavioral health professionals to support organizations and employees impacted by disruptive workplace events in Columbia, Missouri. The role involves providing on-site crisis support and offers flexible scheduling with personalized support and mobile reporting.
Requirements
- Independently licensed in the state of Missouri (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist)
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,00
- Willingness to complete R3C's DEM or CIR training
