Sr. Associate, Issue Campaigns

Raben is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Issue Campaigns practice. The role involves collaborating with client services teams to execute campaign strategy and tactics, contributing to strategy development, and engaging in coalition and issue campaign development activities.

Requirements

• 3 – 5 years experience in grassroots movements, coalition building, and/or stakeholder outreach
• Deep connections to organizations, foundations, and nonprofit groups advocating for, working with, or representing marginalized groups and communities
• Exemplary oral and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable project management skills across multiple assignments with many moving parts
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work products and deliverables
