Job Description
Join the Motoring Dispatch Team at RAC as a Dispatcher on a permanent basis, working shifts between 6am - 11pm Monday to Sunday. As a Dispatcher, you will be pivotal in delivering member service through efficient utilisation of roadside resources and managing the member relationship throughout their vehicle breakdown experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a dispatch or logistics environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts Monday to Sunday between 6am - 11pm
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Strong focus on service excellence
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
