Requirements
- Experience in motor claims settlements or claims handling
- Strong understanding of motor vehicle liability principles
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and dispute resolution skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to make informed decisions based on evidence
- Empathy and professionalism when handling challenging conversations
