Job Description
RAC is seeking experienced Automotive Mechanics/Technicians to join their South Roadside Patrol team. The role offers a flexible, supportive and secure environment where technical expertise and customer service skills make a meaningful impact. Respond to roadside assistance callouts, diagnose and troubleshoot vehicle breakdowns, perform minor repairs and provide outstanding customer service in high-pressure situations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic with strong diagnostic capability
- Relevant automotive trade qualification
- Motor Vehicle Repairer’s Licence (light vehicle)
- Current driver’s licence with a clean record

- Base salary $100,601.89 + 20% shift allowance
- Penalty rates: 50% loading (Saturday), 100% (Sunday), 150% (public holidays)
