We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic and collaborative Business analysis team, supporting the successful management and delivery of complex projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Insurance, Financial Services or Product/UX/Service Design experience
• Business requirements elicitation, analysis, workshop facilitation and business case development experience
• Significant Business Analyst experience
• Proven track record of translating technical data into user-friendly documentation and recommendations
• Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Strong conceptual, financial, analytical, interpretive and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate with other teams and establish professional relationships
• Analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
