Requirements

• Setting up and running robotically tended CNC machining centers
• Manufacturing quality parts in a timely manner
• Measuring manufactured parts with designated measuring instruments
• Problem solving skills to identify root cause machine and part issues
• Follow all quality procedures
• Use designated measuring techniques for each part family
• Engineering print reading and inspection tool use to verify parts
• Keeping machinery and tooling in good working order
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Basic computer skills including MS office products
• Communicating issues effectively to appropriate individuals
• Mentoring operator assistants in all production processes
• Reading 'G' code
