Job Description
At RaceTrac, Co-Managers are the heartbeat of the store, supporting the General Manager and leading by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role offers competitive pay, promotion potential, leadership training, and a dynamic, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
- 1+ year of management experience
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments
- Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
