Job Description
The HVAC/R Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of up to 40 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region, ensuring full operability with all equipment. The individual is also responsible for reporting any maintenance or repair needs and providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Requirements
- HVAC/R skillset desired
- Universal EPA Certification required
- Ability to work from 6am through 7pm
- Good driving record
- 2+ years work experience preferred
- Minimum 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician
- Ability to read commercial wiring schematics
- Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Ability to use power tools and hand tools
- Ability to work in confined spaces and outside conditions
- Ability to use ladders safely
