Pressure Washing Technician

The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance of 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region by pressure washing high traffic areas and conducting ad hoc washes as time allows.

Requirements

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer's vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals
