At RaceTrac, Shift Managers lead by example, empowering team members, and making every guest feel welcome in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They play a critical role in supporting store operations, driving performance, and developing future leaders.
Requirements
- 2 – 3 years of work experience
- 1+ years of leadership of supervisory experience
- Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments
- Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same
- Strong communication and team building skills
